<p>Job Description:</p> <p>With Bolton Education Association agreement, the following opening is being posted for the 2025-2026 school year. We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Computer Teacher to join our team, who will be responsible for working with students in grades K-8.</p> <ul> <li>One 1.0 FTE Computer teacher </li></ul> <p>The Computer teacher provides:</p> <p>1) instruction;</p> <p>2) professional development.</p> <p>The Computer teacher is a teaching position that reports to and is supervised by the Building Principal.</p> <p>Essential responsibilities of the position may include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>teaching technology concepts, including digital literacy, computer applications, and coding in engaging, age-appropriate ways </li><li>providing professional learning opportunities for staff </li><li>supporting the integration of technology across the curriculum and fostering a collaborative learning environment </li></ul> <p>Related Responsibilities:</p> <p>Conducts and attends necessary meetings, and performs related duties as assigned.</p> <p>We are seeking a passionate candidate who is enthusiastic about inspiring curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving through technology, while staying current with emerging educational tools and trends.</p> <p>Qualified candidates must complete an online application at www.boltonpublicschools.com under the Central Office/Human Resources/Employment tabs and select job #1678, and include a cover letter, resume, three (3) letters of reference and transcripts.
