<p>To plan, manage, execute, and support the design, development, and delivery of software products that enable the Real Estate Lending business, Collections and Marketing as well as integration with digital channels, contact centers, and external partners. Work closely with leadership and business teams to understand member and operational needs and translate them into differentiated product capabilities that improve speed to decision, certainty to close, and overall member and employee experience. Provide ongoing platform engineering and operational support for Real Estate Lending, Collections and Marketing technology platforms, including core lending systems, data integrations, vendor solutions, and supporting services across the various lifecycles. Lead the technology modernization efforts for these platforms by evolving from existing systems to more cloud enabled, API driven, and real time capabilities that increase resilience, scalability, and time to market. Accountable for stakeholder management and communication, scope and financial management, team leadership, technology delivery, and support across the platform portfolio.
