<p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Complete virtual audits and occasional in-store audits as defined by client </li><li>Approximately 2-3 days per month visiting local market stores </li><li>Expected 90% dedicated to remote portal audits </li><li>Store visits may alter per client request </li><li>Actively review all big box retailers every 3 to 4 weeks </li><li>Audit, comment and rate planogram integrity images with retailer systems </li><li>Audit merchandise program resets for accuracy and review inventory levels </li><li>Meet in-person with stores and client leaders as requested </li><li>Receive and respond to customer inquiries </li><li>Attend weekly client calls when directed by leadership </li><li>Complete weekly and monthly customer reports </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Travel may be required which may include overnight stays </li><li>A minimum of 1 year customer service experience required </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>Must be Microsoft Office Suite proficient </li><li>Provide excellent customer service to customers </li><li>Excellent communication, written and technical skills required </li><li>HS diploma or equivalent required </li><li>Excellent typing and communication skills using email and web navigation. </li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision </li></ul> <p>BENEFITS:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Vision and Dental options </li><li>PTO and paid holidays </li><li>Internet/cell phone reimbursement </li><li>Mileage reimbursement </li><li>401(k) and Company Shares through ESOP </li></ul> <p>#AMS2</p>
