<p>Launch Your Career with Purpose.</p> <p>Nammo Perry is a center of excellence for the design, development and production of munitions and pyrotechnic products for the U.S. Department of Defense. Nammo employees working at the Florida site manufacture all types of 40mm low and high velocity ammunition; pyrotechnic marking; signaling and tactical illumination devices; battlefield effects training simulators; demolition charges; hand grenade fuzes; and other ammunition components. Additionally, they provide load, assemble, and pack (LAP) services for large caliber direct-fire ammunition.</p> <p>The Maintenance Mechanic Intern will provide skilled commercial mechanical aptitude, awareness, and abilities to perform duties associated with facility maintenance and industrial production support with minimal supervision. Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for production support. This will include but not limited to repairs on pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, equipment HMI navigation, proximity sensor knowledge, and troubleshooting automated equipment. Maintenance mechanic will also support the PM program and assume PM tasks on different programs and equipment throughout the plant. Maintenance mechanic will also assist in facilities and maintenance projects as needed.</p> <p>What You'll Do: Precision in Action</p> <ul> <li>Assist in mechanical demolition, construction, fabrication, repairs, assembly or manufacturing </li></ul> <p>equipment, systems, and facilities.
