<p>Summary:</p> <p>Perform tasks per Operator Instructions, to ensure manufactured components are in compliance with customer requirements. Position includes all departments that require machine operator or manual assembly level support.</p> <p>Job Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Essential functions of job requirements are indicated in the Operator Instruction sheets located at each workstation. </li><li>Maintain thorough knowledge, after completion of training, of assign machines or assembly processes. </li><li>Inform management of associate problems, complaints or grievances. </li><li>Support cross training objectives, as needed. </li><li>Support plant's goals and objectives, as needed. </li><li>Knowledge of and abides by company's safety, quality and environmental practices. </li><li>Maintains clean and orderly work environment. </li><li>Adhere to all other company policies, procedures, work instructions, etc. </li></ul> <p>Perform other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High School graduate or equivalent. </li><li>Ability to work in a team oriented environment. </li><li>Must be task oriented. </li><li>Oral and written communication and interpersonal skills needed for dealing effectively with teammates. </li></ul> <p>Must be willing to work overtime and all shifts, if and when necessary.</p>
