<p>Position Summary</p> <p>Ashley Furniture seeks a skilled Welder Fabricator to create metal components and frames for our furniture manufacturing operations.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on furniture frames and metal components • Fabricate steel tubing and brackets for sofas, chairs, and recliners • Read blueprints and technical drawings • Inspect work for quality and structural integrity • Maintain welding equipment and follow safety protocols </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent • 2+ years welding/fabrication experience • Proficiency in MIG welding (required) • Ability to read blueprints • Steel tubing welding experience preferred • AWS welding certifications a plus • Ability to lift 50 lbs </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>Climate-controlled manufacturing facility with opportunities for overtime during peak production.</p> <p>Who We Are</p> <p>At Ashley, we're more than a business…we're family.
