<p>Our Data and Analytics team is seeking exceptional college students for our Summer Internship Program, which provides meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth, as well as rewarding career path options.</p> <p>IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:</p> <ul> <li>Perform work that is varied and that may be somewhat difficult in nature </li><li>Participate in the development of innovative solutions by approaching problems with curiosity and open-mindedness, using existing information and technology to its fullest potential </li><li>Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver dynamic and robust solutions, fixes, and ad hoc analyses </li><li>Learn the structure of the organization </li><li>Begin the process of understanding, accessing and obtaining data for required analysis </li><li>Help with all stages of analysis under supervision </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:</p> <ul> <li>Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred </li><li>No insurance experience required </li><li>Working towards Bachelors or Masters Degree </li><li>Ability to commit to a full time 10-week internship program </li><li>Ability to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future </li><li>Self-motivated and organized </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Understands commonly employed techniques for quantitative analysis </li><li>Able to work independently with guidance and direction as appropriate </li><li>Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously </li><li>Practical experience with R, and/or Python </li><li>Familiar with database concepts (SQL, Data Management, and Documentation) </li></ul>
