It serves as the Network Operations Customer Success Manager (CSM) within the Architecture, Engineering, and Customer Service section. The Network Operations CSM acts as a strategic liaison between Commonwealth agencies and the ETSO, aligning network operations and services with business objectives. The incumbent fosters collaborative relationships, identifies opportunities for innovation, and ensures that technology solutions support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. The role advocates for agency needs, enhances service delivery, and promotes technology adoption to optimize business results. The Network Operations CSM ensures effective integration of these services into the Commonwealth's IT strategy while maximizing efficiency and value. Additional details regarding this position can be found in the position description.</p> <p>Work Schedule and Additional Information:</p> <ul> <li>Full-time employment </li><li>Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. </li><li>Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, three days a week in the office. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
