<p>The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is possibly looking for Network Operators to provide support for our government customer at JBPHH.</p> <p>This is a 24/7/365 operation (1st, 2nd, 3rd shift positions).</p> <p>DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Provide Tier 1 and 2 support to end user customers. </li><li>Ability to resolve challenging technical problems efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring service stability. </li><li>Ability to resolve complex/specialized issues by conducting in-depth analysis and diagnostics. </li><li>Collaborate with other internal IT team members such as network administrators and system engineers) to solve problems as needed. </li><li>Interpreting technical data, using a variety of methods and approaches. </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:</p> <ul> <li> <p>This is a DCWF Role 441-Intermediate position. Must possess one of the following:</p> </li><li> <p>A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>CEH, Cloud+, GCIH, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, or SSCP Certification</p> </li><li> <p>DoD/Military Training as outlined in the DoD CWF Matrix for Role 441-Intermediate.</p> </li><li> <p>Possess an AVAYA VoIP certification or equivalent VoIP network management certification.
