<p>Position Title Adjunct Faculty - Master's of Business Administration, Business Analytics Posting Number AP042 Division School of Business Department Col. of Engineering & Business Location Erie, Pa Position Summary</p> <p>Gannon University's Dahlkemper School of Business continually accepts applications for adjunct faculty in the on-site Masters of Business Administration (MBA) program with a focus in Business Analytics.</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>Required Qualifications & Specific needs are as follows:</p> <ul> <li>Ideal candidates will hold a doctoral degree in business, computer science or a related field. In addition to the doctoral degree, candidates having either prior teaching experience and/or professional experience in business analytics will be given preference. </li><li>Adjunct faculty must have on-site availability (Center for Business Ingenuity, 900 State Street, Erie, PA); classes are one evening a week from 6:00 to 8:50 PM for the duration of a 14-week semester. Classes run in the fall, spring and summer semesters. </li><li>Candidates must successfully execute on the overall program objectives (below) as well as specific course outcomes: </li><li>Identification of external variables and technological factors that influence business performance and operations </li><li>Analysis and development of robust business models </li><li>Use of analytics-related software is required. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>The preferred candidate will have a Doctorate or Master's degree with teaching or extensive professional business experience.</p> <p>Physical Demands</p> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>Must be able to meet the physical demands associated with a normal academic environment.</p> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS</p> <p>Work is performed in a normal classroom and office setting.</p> <p>Tenure Status Temporary Position Type Adjunct Faculty Employment Status Part-Time Position Length 5M Credits Per Year 1-6</p>
