<p>WSP is currently initiating a search for a Senior Project Manager/Team Leader to join our Industrial Center of Excellence (ICoE) national practice. This role will support a growing portfolio of industrial and advanced manufacturing projects and offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment focused on delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. This position will include advisory interaction with our clients' leadership and executive teams, guiding them in decisions around their most important CAPEX initiatives.</p> <p>Be involved in impactful projects with our Property & Buildings / Industrial team and be part of a global organization that is driven by innovation, technical excellence, and a commitment to client success.</p> <p>Your Impact</p> <p>As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex industrial facilities projects from planning through execution, while managing client relationships, project teams, schedules, and budgets.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Primary driver on critical pursuits, responsible for developing and implementing winning strategies for expanding our business and facilitating team growth. </li><li>Build and manage a book of business as Program Manager/Leader, mentoring other PMs into similar roles growing our large client base </li><li>Foresees and anticipates project issues, provides guidance to mitigate risks </li><li>Lead and manage industrial facilities projects, including advanced manufacturing, distribution, and process-driven facilities </li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring project objectives, scope, schedule, and budget are met </li><li>Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architectural, engineering, and specialty consultants </li><li>Oversee project planning, scheduling, and staffing </li><li>Financial performance management for both projects and teams </li><li>Support business development efforts, including proposal development and client presentations </li><li>Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with WSP standards </li><li>Mentor and support junior project managers and technical staff </li><li>Collaborate closely with regional and national ICoE leadership </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field </li><li>Minimum 12+ years of experience managing industrial or manufacturing facilities-related projects </li><li>Proven experience leading project management and multidisciplinary design teams including direct and indirect reporting team members and partners. </li><li>Strong understanding of industrial facilities, manufacturing environments, and building systems </li><li>Experienced with alternate construction delivery models on greenfield and brownfield industrial projects including new construction, facility and system upgrades, and facility retrofits </li><li>Excellent client management, communication, and leadership skills </li><li>Skilled at managing project financials, schedules, and contracts </li><li>PMP certification or PE license preferred, but not required </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience</p> <ul> <li>Advanced manufacturing or industrial facilities project experience </li><li>Experience working with large, complex projects and multiple stakeholders </li><li>Familiarity with design-build or alternative delivery methods </li></ul> <p>WSP Benefits:</p> <p>WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits focused on a providing health and financial stability throughout the employee's career.
