Consider joining us!</p> <p>$1,000 Hiring Bonus!</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Under the guidance of the Associate Vice President, the Senior Director of Youth Services oversees state-wide services including but not limited to: Crisis Shelters (Community Based and Agency Operated Facilities), Portland House (D.O.C. Adult Transition Facility), Site based and community based Homeless Youth Services, Permanent Housing for Homeless Youth, Group and individual services for youth and their families.</p> <p>Qualifications and Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice or equivalent required; Master's Degree preferred. </li><li>At least five years of supervision experience in equivalent services required. </li><li>Knowledgeable about current trends in the field of service. </li><li>Driver's license required. </li><li>Able to analyze statistical and financial data. </li><li>Able to interpret complex laws, regulations, and policies. </li><li>Able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. </li></ul> <p>Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer of all people regardless of gender, race, culture, religion, ethnicity, protected veteran status and/or disability.
