<p>ECM Admin</p> <ul> <li>Experience in OnBase configuration, development. </li><li>Understands Enterprise Content Management (ECM) / Content Services (CS) best practices, configuration, and deployment. </li><li>Operational Support - Provides daily support by responding to inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to improve the end-user experience. Performs various operational tasks to improve workflow and system functionality. </li><li>Identifying Business Requirements - Determines business requirements and communicates them with specifications, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentation. </li><li>Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets business requirements. Performs analysis for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates output. </li><li>Support - provides support to business users inclusive of investigating data discrepancies, reviewing application errors, troubleshooting integration points from upstream and downstream systems, and interacts with vendors when required. </li><li>Manages and resolves technical issues while providing excellent customer service. </li><li>May assist in system, application, or product implementation and development. Escalates issues as appropriate. </li><li>Technical Proficiency - Utilizes knowledge to troubleshoot, develop, install, and configure the appropriate software. </li><li>SQL and.NET programming proficiency </li><li>SDLC Experience </li><li>Windows server OS </li><li>System Testing - Evaluates usability through continuous monitoring, testing, and review of function processes. </li><li>Identifies discrepancies and inefficiencies and assists in implementing recommended enhancements. </li><li>JIRA, MS office, Agile, DocuSign, Documentum, Kofax Capture, PowerShell, SQL, OpenText IDP, …. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-SP3</p> <p>#LI-VX1</p>
