<p>Location:</p> <p>Freeman, SD</p> <p>Worker Type:</p> <p>Regular</p> <p>Work Shift:</p> <p>Day Shift (United States of America)</p> <p>Freeman Regional Health Service is looking for individuals to join our growing, team-oriented organization.</p> <p>Position Highlights</p> <p>Part-Time (working at least 24 hours per pay period)</p> <p>Work Shift:</p> <p>Day Shift (3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)</p> <p>Rotating weekends/holidays</p> <p>A Brief Overview</p> <p>Ensures that the desired level of food and workplace safety and sanitation is maintained through proper cleaning and sanitation of dishes, kitchen utensils, cookware, food carts and the work area in accordance to state regulations.</p> <p>What you will do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, kitchen utensils and cookware as prescribed by facility policies.</p> </li><li> <p>Must follow exact specifications and instructions for Infection Control.</p> </li><li> <p>Operates dishwashing machine in accordance with manufacture's and the supervisor's instructions. Adheres to the proper use of chemicals to ensure food and work safety.</p> </li><li> <p>Inspects all equipment for cleanliness and ensures it is it in good working condition.</p> </li><li> <p>Prioritizes cleaning food delivery carts during meal service and brings them to the kitchen area. Completes daily cleaning schedule.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other cleaning duties as needed or as assigned by supervisor.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains and safe and sanitary work area.</p> </li><li> <p>Keeps complete and accurate records of dishwasher temperatures and cleaning duties.</p> </li></ul> <p>Essential Qualifications</p> <p>The individual must be able to work the hours specified.
