As the largest nonprofit affordable housing provider in the nation, we build, preserve, and manage program-enriched housing across the country.</p> <p>The successful Resident Services Manager I will oversee programs, staff, and services at each property in an assigned region following our mission and core values and the national program model for Resident Services. You will be visiting and working at multiple sites. The successful candidate will demonstrate compassion and have an understanding of the complexities of homelessness; co-morbidities; trauma; mental health and substance usage.</p> <p>We encourage candidates with lived experience to apply.
