<p>We are seeking a skilled Senior GTM Systems AI Developer to build and deploy next-generation AI and Agentic solutions across Klaviyo's GTM Systems. This role will focus on implementing improved seller experience, AI-powered automations, integrating agent frameworks, and ensuring robust, reliable delivery of intelligent workflows.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop AI-driven solutions and agentic workflows under the guidance of the AI Systems Architect.</p> </li><li> <p>Build integrations between AI platforms (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex) and existing GTM Systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement data validation, error handling, monitoring, and logging within agent workflows.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with the Data Specialist to ensure data availability, quality, and alignment with workflow needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Optimize and fine-tune AI models and prompts for task accuracy and performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Support proof-of-concept development and iterate quickly based on feedback.</p> </li><li> <p>Document designs, code, and integration patterns; contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions.</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>3-5 years of experience as a developer, software engineer, or automation engineer.</p> </li><li> <p>Hands on experience with Google Cloud, AWS and other public cloud</p> </li><li> <p>Hands on experience in optimizing seller experience leveraging AI technologies</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on experience building integrations, automations, or AI/ML-powered solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with Gen AI technologies, LLMs, and agent frameworks; experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, or AWS is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Apex.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong grasp of API development, REST, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment automation.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills; eagerness to learn and experiment with emerging technologies.</p> </li></ul> <p>We use Covey as part of our hiring and / or promotional process.
