<p>KCCI, the CBS affiliate in Des Moines, IA, is looking for a Digital Media Client Specialist. You will work with the Sales Account Executives and their clients to ensure successful digital advertising campaigns. We're looking for candidates who can provide customer service to our clients and sales representatives. You'll process digital advertising contracts, obtain creative materials and oversee successful digital campaign execution. You need to prioritize projects and manage your time. As part of the global Hearst team, based in Des Moines, Iowa, our resources to serve our viewers, clients and employees are best-in-class.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage digital sales campaigns </li><li>Build, organize and schedule advertising creative </li><li>Communicate with our teams (sales, production, finance) and external clients on performance and delivery of commitments </li><li>Provide troubleshooting assistance for creative and operations-related issues for all campaigns </li><li>Work directly with sales team, and clients as needed, to provide detailed client service and execute integrated marketing plans </li><li>Prepare strategic PowerPoint proposals based on customer needs </li><li>Collaborate with the creative team to design and develop concepts for digital campaigns </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Online advertising trafficking, sales coordinator/planner or related experience </li><li>Experience with web technologies (HTML 5, Flash, JavaScript) </li><li>Working knowledge of DFP and Google Analytics </li><li>Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) </li><li>Experience with programmatic advertising Strong focus on teamwork and self-starter </li><li>Extreme attention to detail and time management skills </li><li>Desire to provide exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations </li><li>Related military experience will be considered </li></ul> <p>Diversity Statement</p> <p>At Hearst Television we tell stories every day.
