We offer the most comprehensive treatment program in the country for patients who struggle with eating disorders, mood and anxiety and trauma-related disorders.</p> <p>How youll serve our patients</p> <p>As a clinical professional at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation.</p> <p>We are looking for a Nurse Manager who will plan, coordinate and supervise the delivery of nursing care within the treatment facility.</p> <p>You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Trouble-shoot problems/situations that arise on the unit.</p> </li><li> <p>Help with staffing or coverage</p> </li><li> <p>Supervise the medical aspects of treatment plan and implementation for each patient on the unit</p> </li><li> <p>Review incident reports and follow up through established process</p> </li><li> <p>Provide clinical expertise in medical management, crises and behavior management techniques</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with infection control</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor weekly data collected by RNs and supervisors and present trends to Director of Nursing</p> </li><li> <p>Mange vendor relations and Pharmaceutical Services</p> </li><li> <p>Manage new Nurse Orientation</p> </li><li> <p>Assist Nurse Director with various duties, as designated by Nurse Director, including but not limited to monthly audits, checklists, communication to staff and reviewing/updating policies and procedures</p> </li><li> <p>Assists in providing feedback and assuring compliance with Policies and Procedures that meet accreditation and licensing requirements, and implementing corrective action plans, as required.</p> </li></ul> <p>Must haves</p> <ul> <li> <p>State Licensure as an RN (Required)</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelors degree (B.S.N.) from four-year college or university (Required)</p> </li><li> <p>2+ years of supervisory experience in a Healthcare setting (preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>1+ years of patient care experience in nursing field (Required)</p> </li><li> <p>2+ years of direct patient care in nursing field (Preferred)</p> </li></ul> <p>OR</p> <ul> <li> <p>Associate Degree (Required)</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years of experience of direct patient care in nursing field (required)</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years supervision (preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>Masters degree (M.S.N) preferred</p> </li></ul> <p>How we invest in you</p> <p>Every role at ERC Pathlight is essential to delivering the high-quality care we promise to our patients.
