<p>Summary/Objective</p> <p>The Center Manager is a results-oriented leader responsible for driving the operational excellence and commercial success of a FullSpeed Automotive facility. This role focuses on accelerating sales growth, optimizing shop metrics, and ensuring a high-velocity environment that never compromises on safety or customer satisfaction.</p> <p>The Center Manager is expected to be a hands-on leader who cultivates a culture of accountability. By focusing on shop turnaround times and rigorous safety standards, they ensure the facility operates at peak efficiency while delivering an industry-leading experience for every guest.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strategic Sales Growth: Meet and exceed daily revenue targets by ensuring the team performs comprehensive vehicle health checks and utilizes FSA proprietary tools to maximize every customer opportunity.</p> </li><li> <p>Metric Optimization: Analyze and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), focusing specifically on increasing shop throughput and reducing vehicle turnaround time without sacrificing quality.</p> </li><li> <p>Safety & Compliance Leadership: Implement and strictly enforce foundational safety protocols and OSHA standards. Conduct regular inspections to maintain a hazard-free environment and ensure the security of company assets and customer vehicles.</p> </li><li> <p>Operational Excellence: Oversee daily shop flow, inventory management, and facility readiness. Manage labor costs, parts margins, and operational expenses to maximize P&L performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Customer Experience Mastery: Elevate the brand by fostering an environment of honesty and integrity, ensuring every guest receives a transparent and professional service experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Fleet & Local Business Development: Proactively identify and secure local fleet accounts while maintaining deep-rooted relationships with our neighborhood customer base.</p> </li><li> <p>Team Performance & Training: Hire, mentor, and lead a technically proficient team. Focus on continuous development to ensure all technicians are engaged, service-oriented, and "Pit Crew Certified."</p> </li><li> <p>Owner Mentality: Operate with a high degree of business acumen and "mathematical common sense," taking full responsibility for the store's outcomes through a proactive, go-getter approach.</p> </li><li> <p>Adaptability & Presence: Maintain a strong, hands-on leadership presence, including weekends and non-traditional hours. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to pivot quickly to meet the evolving demands of the automotive industry.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience: 1-2 years in Automotive Retail Management and 2-3 years of proven experience in people management.</p> </li><li> <p>Technical Proficiency: Skilled in utilizing computerized scheduling, performance tracking, and point-of-sale systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Leadership Style: A "boots-on-the-ground" leader who balances high-pressure production with a commitment to teammate well-being and guest satisfaction.</p> </li></ul>
