<p>This position leads the development, design, implementation, testing, compliance and evaluation of the corporate security technology program. Assesses enterprise security network systems and determines whether systems produce timely, accurate, and complete information, and comply with management instructions, applicable policies, procedures, plans, laws and regulations. Ensures compliance with state and federal legislation, industry requirements, corporate policies and ethical standards.</p> <p>Position Compensation Range:</p> <p>$86,000.00 - $142,000.00</p> <p>Pay Rate Type:</p> <p>Salary</p> <p>Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.</p> <p>The Lead Security Infrastructure Specialist leads the development, design, implementation, testing, compliance and evaluation of the corporate security technology program. You will assess enterprise security network systems and determine whether systems produce timely, accurate, and complete information, and comply with management instructions, applicable policies, procedures, plans, laws and regulations. You will ensure compliance with state and federal legislation, industry requirements, corporate policies and ethical standards. You will report to the Senior Manager, Security Operations.</p> <p>In this primarily office-based role, you will be expected to spend at least 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from our National Headquarters in Madison, WI 53783</p> <p>Primary Accountabilities</p> <ul> <li>You will contribute to research, design, and initial implementation of security department strategies. </li><li>You will lead and oversee the development of the enterprise security system network program and associated processes and procedures. </li><li>You will consistently communicate with stakeholders, providing updates and obtaining feedback. </li><li>You will collaborate with the Security department and field leadership to launch new technology-related processes and integrate them into daily operations. </li></ul> <p>Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to independently work with vendors in resolving issues and developing solutions. </li><li>Demonstrated experience communicating technical information. </li><li>Solid knowledge and understanding of integration and migration strategies and technologies </li><li>Basic knowledge and understanding of legislative and regulatory processes. </li><li>Demonstrated experience using audit techniques and methodologies. </li></ul> <p>#LI-Onsite</p> <p>Additional Information</p> <ul> <li> <p>Offer to selected candidate will be made contingent on the results of applicable background checks</p> </li><li> <p>Offer to selected candidate is contingent on signing a non-disclosure agreement for proprietary information, trade secrets, and inventions</p> </li><li> <p>Sponsorship will not be considered for this position unless specified in the posting</p> </li></ul> <p>We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all of the requirements listed above.
