Must be available to work additional hours as needed.</p> <p>Who May Apply?</p> <p>All persons legally authorized to work in the United States</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Utility Technicians are responsible for the maintenance and operation of the water distribution system and wastewater collection systems.</p> <ul> <li>Work with a crew to perform wastewater system maintenance and cleaning. </li><li>Install meters at residential service connections. </li><li>Install, program, and maintain AMR components. </li><li>Perform water service turn-off and turn-on duties for residential, commercial and industrial customers. </li><li>Investigate and mitigate issues reported on the water distribution and wastewater collection systems. </li><li>Provide customer service while performing responsibilities. </li><li>May be asked to perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Requires High School Diploma or GED </li><li>No experience required </li><li>A valid driver's license is required.
