<p>The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, technical knowledge of fireplace materials, and excellent communication skills.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct on-site evaluations to assess fireplace requirements for residential and commercial properties. </li><li>Provide detailed and transparent estimates, clearly explaining the benefits of our fireplace products and services. </li><li>Collaborate with clients to understand their energy efficiency goals and customize fireplace solutions accordingly. </li><li>Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to expand the customer base. </li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, emerging fireplace technologies, and competitor offerings. </li><li>Work closely with the installation team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction throughout the process. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities. </li></ul> <p>Role Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in sales, preferably in the fireplace or construction industry. </li><li>Strong technical knowledge of insulation materials, techniques, and energy efficiency principles. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to conduct thorough on-site assessments and accurately estimate fireplace requirements. </li><li>Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills. </li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. </li></ul> <p>Salary Rate: $40,000 - $80,000 base salary depending on experience with commissions</p> <p>Physical demands:</p> <p>Reasonable accommodation may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
