Starting salaries: Step 1BA - $ 73,699 and Step 1MA - $81,804</p> <ul> <li>The employee is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid sick and personal leave accruals (pursuant to the collective bargaining agreement), and enrollment in the New Jersey Teachers' Pension and Annuity Fund (TPAF) or the Public Employees' Retirement System. </li><li>The position is eligible for additional compensation in the form of stipends or tuition </li></ul> <p>reimbursement based on district policy.</p>
