As a Senior R&D Engineer, this position will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and ensuring the highest quality standards for our Jamesbury and Neles valve products.</p> <p>Expectations</p> <p>To excel in this role, you should:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the development and optimization of new valve technologies and materials. </li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success. </li><li>Work will include new product development, sustaining engineering efforts, and support of technology development. </li><li>Apply knowledge of engineering principles to the design of metallic and non-metallic sealing products for both static and dynamic sealing. </li><li>Will be involved in fabrication, operation, application, installation, failure analysis and/or repair of valve assemblies. </li><li>Define and lead validation, qualification, and compliance testing of new & existing products </li></ul> <p>To succeed in this role, you will need:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical engineering or related discipline </li><li>10 yrs of related experience is preferred </li><li>Strong Solidworks and/or FEA experience preferred </li><li>Valve industry experience a plus </li><li>Casting and metallurgy experience a plus </li></ul> <p>We offer</p> <p>We offer a challenging work environment that values innovation and suits development-minded people who enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
