Call us today!</p> <p>JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living (A.D.L.) according to each resident's care plan. </li><li>Assist with range of motion, turning, positioning, ambulation and assistive devices. </li><li>Assist with resident recreation programs. </li><li>Serve and assist with meals and supplements. </li><li>Take vital signs, height and weight measures and record. </li><li>Assist in the dining room, as assigned. </li><li>Assist in maintaining resident's environment. </li><li>Prevent abuse, neglect and exploitation in the elderly. </li><li>Promote a safe, clean environment in which the residents may live. </li><li>Become a participating facility team member with the residents as first priority. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Hold/handle </li><li>Lift </li><li>Carry </li><li>Reach - at and below shoulder height </li><li>Push/pull </li><li>Grasp and handle - pens, paperwork and small equipment </li><li>Twist, bend, stoop, kneel and squat </li><li>Sit, stand and walk </li><li>Fine hand motor coordination </li><li>Ability to read and write legibly </li><li>Ability to comprehend and follow instructions </li></ul> <p>LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>Must be currently certified and in good standing in the state of Arkansas.</p>
