<p>Position Responsibilities</p> <p>As an SDR Manager, you will lead, manage, and coach a team of Sales Development Reps (SDRs), ensuring adherence to processes and driving performance to target while maintaining quality. You will maintain the SalesLoft platform and CRM system, deliver monthly performance reports, and update CRM features as needed. Additionally, you will inspire sales excellence, promote a culture of high performance, and provide ongoing training and development to support the career growth of your SDRs.</p> <p>Manager, Sales Development</p> <ul> <li>Lead, manage and coach a team of Sales Development Reps (SDRs) </li><li>Maintain SalesLoft platform and CRM system and deliver monthly reports for deal performances and KPI and update the CRM features as functional needs. </li><li>Be a leader that inspires sales excellence and continual momentum </li><li>Ensure that processes are adhered and followed </li><li>Drive and take full ownership for performance to target while maintain quality </li><li>Promote a culture of intensity around activity and performance </li><li>Provide training and ongoing coaching and development to SDRs </li><li>Hold each SDR accountable to defined performance plans </li><li>Maintain and develop the career growth path for SDR's </li><li>Interact with both the Sales and Marketing leadership to provide two-way feedback </li><li>Drive and create opportunities for SDRs to collaborate with the extensive SDR organization across geographies </li><li>Prepare for monthly waterfall business reviews by preparing and analyzing data pertinent to the performance of your business unit </li><li>Join project teams and committees that are developed internally focus on process, culture, and business growth </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>2+ Years Minimum of Proven and demonstrable track record of leading high performing Sales Development or Inside Sales Teams </li><li>Strong leadership experience with a focus on training, coaching and motivation </li><li>Expert knowledge of the full sales cycle </li><li>Experience of mature modern prospecting techniques </li><li>A proven understanding of Consultative Sales </li><li>Ability to provide situational coaching and advice and help guide leads to opportunities. </li><li>Experience with CRM solutions: Salesforce.com preferred </li><li>Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work or military experience </li></ul>
