If you are looking for a company where you are part of a family, then Rite Rug is the place for you!</p> <p>$50,000 to $60,000 a year.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Responsible for daily operations and the field inspection team and ensuring proper work flow of orders.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee daily operations and the field inspection team </li><li>Communication with customers on project status and long-term operations planning </li><li>Secure and maintain relationships with customers </li><li>Ensure safe working conditions for employees </li><li>Evaluate and manage resources for timely completion of projects </li><li>Spot check daily installs </li><li>Trouble shoot and problem solve when problems arise </li><li>Assist in the coordination of work flow from the initial order to the final installation </li><li>Analyze performance data to eliminate any bottlenecks and ensure timely completion of installs </li><li>Flexibility to wear many hats (supporting installs, service calls, project scheduling) </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Have earned a minimum of a high school degree/GED.</p> </li><li> <p>Have at least one year experience in the flooring industry.</p> </li><li> <p>Prior client/customer service experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Be able to work independently and problem solve.</p> </li><li> <p>Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.</p> </li><li> <p>Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.</p> </li></ol> <p>#ZR</p>
