<p>Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Preventative Maintenance Coordinator. This is a remote role, based out of our Raleigh, NC location.</p> <p>The Customer Support- Preventive Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for proactively managing the "Preventive Maintenance" work orders. In this role, you will manage scheduling preventive maintenance work orders by interfacing with customers and Customer Support Engineers, resolving outstanding issues while focusing on contract compliance. This position will leverage geographic efficiency with local customers (internal/external) and maintain continuous and effective communication with cross functional departments. This position supports a 24/7 business. This position will effectively communicate with outside and inside sales, Area Managers, Customer Support Engineers and Vendor to ensure effective service occurs.</p> <p>The expected annual salary range for this role is $53253.0 - $78104.4 a year.</p> <p>Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Manage all aspects of PM scheduling associated with assigned service territory </li><li>Schedule PM work orders for Customer Service Engineers and Vendors to maximize Customer Service Engineers' time and efficiency by maintaining and managing contract compliance with work orders, contacting customers for scheduling of PMs and documenting the efforts per the PM scheduling process. </li><li>Maintain the preventive maintenance report list and update critical account information in Salesforce.
