You'll lead a team of supervisors, leads, and sanitors while driving audit readiness, food safety compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced bakery environment.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing</p> <ul> <li>Oversee all sanitation operations including SSOPs, Master Sanitation Schedule, and GMP compliance </li><li>Lead, hire, train, and develop Sanitation Supervisors, Leads, and Sanitors </li><li>Ensure facility is audit-ready at all times - represent the department during regulatory, 3rd party, and customer audits </li><li>Manage pest control program, IPM, and maintain sighting logs </li><li>Monitor ATP swabbing results, chemical titration records, and corrective action procedures </li><li>Manage the Sanitation department budget and drive cost savings initiatives </li><li>Collaborate daily with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance departments </li></ul> <p>What We Need</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4-year degree </li><li>Minimum 5 years of food manufacturing experience - required </li><li>HACCP Certified and Pest Control Certified required </li><li>GFSI audit experience mandatory - BRC or SQF required </li><li>Experience with ATP meters, chemical titration, and weekly recordkeeping </li><li>Superior communication, leadership, and analytical skills </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite </li></ul> <p>Interested and qualified?</p> <p>Send your resume to Kristie at kharnish@blackrockres.com</p> <p>#LI-KH1</p>
