<p>OUC - The Reliable One, is presently seeking a Sr Account Representative (Utility Key Accounts) to join the Customer Experience & Sales division. This individual will play a key role in delivering value-added, energy-related products, services, and solutions to OUC's current and prospective commercial customers. The ideal candidate will support OUC's vision of becoming an innovative solutions leader and the partner of choice by building strong client relationships, identifying business development opportunities, and promoting strategic programs and services.</p> <p>In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison for OUC's key commercial and industrial accounts, providing high-level account management, technical support, and customized solutions that align with customer needs and business goals. Click here to learn more about what we do.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, from an accredited college or university (In lieu of a degree, equivalent combination of education, training, certification and directly related experience may be substitutable on a 1:1 basis);</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum of five (5) years of commercial customer service experience to include:</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum of three (3) years of customer facing/key account representative experience with large commercial and industrial customers/accounts;</p> </li><li> <p>Certifications for at least one (1) of the following (preferred):</p> </li><li> <p>Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), Certified Business Energy Professional (BEP); or</p> </li><li> <p>Certified Energy Manager (CEM); or</p> </li><li> <p>Certified Demand Side Manager (CDSM); or</p> </li><li> <p>U.S. Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP); or</p> </li><li> <p>LEED Green Associate (LEED GA).</p> </li><li> <p>Must complete within one (1) year of employment (if no utility experience):</p> </li><li> <p>APPA Key Accounts certification.</p> </li><li> <p>Valid Driver's License.</p> </li></ul> <p>OUC offers a very competitive compensation and benefits package.
