<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the deployment and implementation of Inside Sales development programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of our people including communications, logistics, materials development, and class delivery </li><li>Work closely with the Inside Sales leadership to identify and deliver locally requested sales training </li><li>Facilitate virtual and face to face sales development classes to enhance the knowledge and skills of employees </li><li>Explore new ideas in training workflows in forward-thinking concepts to promote dynamic learning options in brainstorming, design sessions </li><li>Identify and assess future and current Inside Sales organizational learning needs by building partnerships and gathering input from key organizational stakeholders </li><li>Contribute to the overall success of the Sales Training Capabilities & Inside Sales teams by identifying ways to continuously improve the learning process </li><li>Ability to travel up to 75% </li><li>Other projects or duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
