<p>Overview</p> <p>HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) to join our fun and growing ABA clinic in Plymouth, MA!</p> <ul> <li>Schedule: </li></ul> <p>Full-Time - Monday-Friday 8 am-6 pm</p> <p>Part-Time - Monday-Friday (at least 3 consistent days/week) afternoons 3:00pm-6pm</p> <ul> <li>Compensation: </li></ul> <p>Hourly rates between $24-$28/hour</p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive Benefits packages: </li></ul> <p>Full-Time benefits include: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), generous PTO, paid CEUs, and more!</p> <p>Part-Time benefits packages are available as well!</p> <ul> <li>Growth Opportunities: </li></ul> <p>Not an RBT yet? As a leader in pediatric therapy, we provide a purpose-driven environment where your skills and compassion truly make a difference.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The RBT provides one-on-one behavioral support to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.</p> <ul> <li>Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as written by the BCBA </li><li>Provide direct one-on-one therapy in home, school, or community settings </li><li>Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behaviors </li><li>Assist with skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies </li><li>Follow ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality </li><li>Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members </li><li>Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings </li><li>Maintain current RBT certification and required documentation </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Active RBT certification or completion of the 40-hour RBT course</p> </li><li> <p>No certification yet? We provide training and support to help you get certified</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on CPR Certification required</p> </li><li> <p>Background in mental health, child development, or education preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Passion for working with children and making a meaningful impact</p> </li><li> <p>Must be 18+ with a high school diploma (or equivalent)</p> </li><li> <p>Reliable transportation required</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>MMR, Varicella, and TDap Vaccinations - REQUIRED </li><li>Ability to sit, stand, and move for extended periods </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as needed </li><li>Ability to engage in active play and therapeutic activities </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>Center Based </li></ul> <p>HealthPRO Heritage and its subsidiaries provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
