As a leader in pediatric therapy, we provide a purpose-driven environment where your skills and compassion truly make a difference.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The RBT provides one-on-one behavioral support to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.</p> <ul> <li>Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as written by the BCBA </li><li>Provide direct one-on-one therapy in home, school, or community settings </li><li>Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behaviors </li><li>Assist with skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies </li><li>Follow ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality </li><li>Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members </li><li>Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings </li><li>Maintain current RBT certification and required documentation </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Active RBT certification or completion of the 40-hour RBT course</p> </li><li> <p>No certification yet?
