(DOE, includes shift differential) + OT Available</p> <p>8-Hour Schedule, Full-Time</p> <p>What This Job Is Really About</p> <p>If you're the person others look to when something breaks-this is your role.</p> <p>You'll be leading a team while staying hands-on with mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshooting issues, and keeping production and facility equipment running safely and efficiently.</p> <p>What Your Day May Look Like</p> <ul> <li>Start your shift with a safety meeting and team check-in </li><li>Review work orders and assign priorities to technicians </li><li>Jump in to troubleshoot equipment breakdowns on the floor </li><li>Repair motors, wiring, conveyors, or facility systems </li><li>Oversee preventive maintenance to avoid downtime </li><li>Support your team on complex repairs and recurring issues </li><li>Coordinate with operations, vendors, or contractors as needed </li><li>Track work, parts, and repairs in CMMS before shift handoff </li></ul> <p>What You'll Be Working On</p> <ul> <li>Packaging lines, conveyors, and production equipment </li><li>Motors, pumps, compressors, and drive systems </li><li>Electrical systems: wiring, panels, switchgear, transformers </li><li>HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and air handlers </li><li>Hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility systems (lighting, plumbing, etc.) </li></ul> <p>Tools & Equipment:</p> <ul> <li>Multimeters and electrical testing tools </li><li>Hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment </li><li>Precision measuring tools </li><li>CMMS/work order systems </li><li>Blueprints, schematics, and repair manuals </li></ul> <p>What You'll Be Doing</p> <ul> <li>Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians </li><li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems </li><li>Perform and oversee preventive maintenance programs </li><li>Diagnose issues using schematics, manuals, and testing tools </li><li>Dismantle equipment and replace defective components </li><li>Fabricate or modify parts when needed </li><li>Ensure accurate documentation of repairs, parts, and work completed </li><li>Manage parts inventory and maintenance materials </li><li>Support equipment installs, upgrades, and facility projects </li><li>Ensure all work meets OSHA, LOTO, and safety standards </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Skills Desired</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of maintenance experience (industrial preferred) </li><li>Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills </li><li>Experience working with production equipment and facility systems </li><li>Previous leadership, lead, or mentoring experience </li><li>Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals </li><li>Experience with CMMS systems </li></ul> <p>Bonus If You Have</p> <ul> <li>PLC or controls experience </li><li>Welding or machining experience </li><li>Maintenance certifications or an apprenticeship background </li><li>Experience in logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing environments </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>Active industrial/warehouse setting (hands-on, physical work) </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights or in tight spaces </li><li>8-hour shifts </li><li>Overtime available as needed </li></ul> <p>Why This Role Is Worth It</p> <ul> <li>Competitive pay based on your skills and experience </li><li>Built-in shift differential for nights </li><li>Opportunity to lead a team while staying hands-on </li><li>Work on a wide range of industrial systems and equipment </li><li>Stable, full-time role with growth potential </li></ul> <p>Apply Today</p> <p>If you're a skilled maintenance tech who can lead, troubleshoot, and keep operations running-we want to hear from you.</p>
