We create an amazing moments and people.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee multiple sites, providing mentoring and coaching in various locations. </li><li>Ensure implementation of the YMCA educational practices including curriculum, inclusive and anti-bias education, and instructional practices. </li><li>Provide resources, support, guidance, performance coaching, modeling, training, observation, and feedback to teachers. </li><li>Use education quality tools to assess program and curriculum implementation. </li><li>Work closely with the program directors to ensure classrooms are meeting and exceeding program expectations. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field. </li><li>At least three years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience (required). </li><li>Experience in a high-quality program required </li></ul>
