Apply today and take the next step in your career!</p> <p>Pay Rate: $24 per hour</p> <p>Shifts Available: Monday to Friday, either 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, depending on company needs.</p> <p>As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will work under the guidance of the Chief Financial Officer to handle a variety of clerical accounting tasks that support accounts payable. You will assist with the purchasing of services, supplies, and equipment, and process purchase orders and invoices.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Process accounts payable and input purchase order data into the system. </li><li>Review and file purchase orders and invoices; ensure timely payment. </li><li>Verify invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors. </li><li>Communicate with vendors and departments to confirm order details. </li><li>Maintain records and filing systems related to accounts payable. </li><li>Handle phone inquiries and provide information to vendors and staff. </li><li>Greet visitors and provide routine information to staff and the public. </li><li>Prepare paperwork for bank deposits and drive to the bank as needed. </li></ul> <p>Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable.</p> <p>The services you offer are not without uplifting benefits to show our appreciation for your time and energy!
