<p>ABOUT THE ROLE</p> <p>Performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance taskes, including inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs on building systems, equipment and facilities. Assist in Identifying the root cause of equipment malfunctinos and determining necessary reparis.</p> <p>WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH</p> <ul> <li>Interact with all crew for equipment conditions and or process concerns. </li><li>Utilize SAP for part lookups, work order creation and equipment BOM viewing. </li><li>Maintenance crew expertise support and training. </li><li>Troubleshoot issues, prioritize repairs and respond to emergencies depending on the specifiec role and setting. </li><li>Direct Involvement in root cause of equipment malfunctions and determining necessary repairs. </li><li>Order necessary parts and supplies for repairs. </li><li>Assist as a contractor coordinator as needed. </li><li>Blueprint and schematic reading. </li><li>Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</p> <p>Education: High school diploma or equivalent or 10 years of equivalent heavy industrial manufacturing experience.</p> <p>Required Work Experience: 10 years of heavy industrial maintenance experience, cement plant experience preferred.</p> <p>Required Computer and Software Skills: SAP experience preferred.</p> <p>Additional Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
