<p>Training is typically hybrid with the onsite days varying (day 1 will be onsite to obtain equipment). Our training schedule is usually for 4-6 weeks Monday-Friday. Once training is completed, position becomes remote unless we have a mandated onsite day.</p> <p>Performs diversified secretarial duties including, but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Typing various forms of correspondence </li><li>Scheduling appointments, meetings, etc. </li><li>Transmitting various documents using computer, mail, and/or fax </li><li>Recordkeeping </li><li>Maintaining files and filing systems </li><li>Taking meeting minutes </li><li>Receptionist duties </li><li>Maintaining office inventory and ordering supplies </li><li>Performs related duties, as required. </li><li>ADA Essential Functions </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or equivalent, required.</p> </li><li> <p>Prior clerical experience, required.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate effectively.</p> </li><li> <p>Additional Salary Detail</p> </li></ul> <p>The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
