<p>Job Requirements</p> <p>Regional Operations Coordinator - Dialysis</p> <p>Position Type: Hybrid-remote with occasional travel within region (AZ, CA, CO, ID, OR)</p> <p>Preferred Locations: Denver, CO or Bakersfield, CA</p> <p>Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Regional Operations Coordinator to support regional leadership with day-to-day operations, reporting cycles, scheduling workflows, and multi-site coordination across dialysis clinics in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, and Oregon.</p> <p>This hybrid-remote, individual contributor role requires strong Excel skills, excellent organization, and the ability to anticipate routine operational needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in multi-site support. Since the role supports leaders in both Mountain and Pacific Time, availability during standard MT business hours is important.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Support regional leadership by preparing recurring reports, updating trackers, and maintaining operational workflows </li><li>Review and monitor clinic KPIs, staffing, schedules, supply needs, and labor efficiency </li><li>Maintain Excel-based tools, summaries, and operational documents </li><li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting inputs, and financial preparation for routine meetings </li><li>Create slide decks and meeting materials for leadership and JV partner reviews </li><li>Coordinate project timelines, follow-ups, and cross-functional tasks </li><li>Support clinic admissions, onboarding of Clinic Managers, and compliance/licensure requirements </li><li>Serve as a reliable point of contact for operational questions and routine budget inquiries </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required </li><li>Experience in healthcare operations, administrative coordination, or multi-site support preferred </li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and PowerPoint </li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and follow through consistently </li><li>Proven ability to analyze data, manage projects, and improve processes </li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills </li><li>Willingness to travel occasionally to clinics across the region (AZ, CA, CO, ID, OR) </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>At Innovative Renal Care (IRC), our comprehensive benefits program is a key component of our total compensation package.
