Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Informatics & Information Services leadership team in the role of Team Lead-Information Services. This is a Direct Hire, full-time hybrid from most IU Health Facilities.</p> <p>Scope:</p> <ul> <li>Oversees day-to-day functions within a team and provides advice and guidance as necessary, pertaining to laboratory equipment and laboratory applications such as Roche, Sysmex and/or Data Innovations. </li><li>Conducts training sessions with employees so they feel equipped with new knowledge and skills to remain current. </li><li>Utilizes expertise to assist in dispersing assignments and reviews assignments for accuracy and quality. </li><li>Develop strategies for the team to utilize to reach goals. </li></ul> <p>Key Relationships:</p> <ul> <li>Reports to: Manager of Information Services. </li></ul> <p>Candidate Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience. </li><li>3-5 years of experience. </li><li>Requires knowledge in business or clinical applications and supporting technology. </li></ul> <p>Indiana University Health is unlike any other healthcare system and we're looking for team members who share the things that matter most to us.
