The candidate will work closely with engineering groups, area trainers, and other operators.</p> <p>Manufacturing Technical Coordinator (Swing) Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Handle small, delicate IC's and delicate products as instructed by the product documentation and engineering specifications. </li><li>Follow diagrams to solder, epoxy, and wire bond chips to packages so the parts can be tested for future reliability. </li><li>Solder, epoxy, and wire bond small IC's under a microscope. </li><li>Follow detailed process documentation to prepare test packages for reliability testing. </li><li>Follow strict ESD protocols </li></ul> <p>Manufacturing Technical Coordinator (Swing) Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with inputting data using Microsoft applications. </li><li>Experience with MES to complete jobs. </li><li>Lean and 5S experience is preferred. </li><li>Skilled hand-eye coordination under a microscope. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with process and reliability engineers. </li></ul> <p>Shift:</p> <ul> <li>2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. </li></ul>
