<p>Description</p> <p>We are seeking a talented and versatile Multimedia Photographer and Videographer to join our team. You will be responsible for shooting high-quality videos and photography that will help bring attention to Saraya USA's brands: Lakanto, Happy Elephant, and Arau Baby. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational abilities, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Come join our team!</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with creative/art directors, stylists, and account managers to contribute to the development of shoots. </li><li>Capture compelling photography and video content that aligns with the creative vision and brand identity across all platforms. </li><li>Oversee all phases of content creation, including pre-production planning, on-set execution, and post-production editing, ensuring high-quality deliverables. </li><li>Maintain consistency in visual storytelling and brand standards across campaigns. </li><li>Negotiate rates and book crew members, such as directors, DP's, still life stylists, locations, studios, caterers, and production assistants. </li><li>Coordinate sample availability and ensure photography standards are maintained on set. </li><li>Coordinate and secure travel, insurance, permits, and other logistical needs for local and remote shoots. </li><li>Generate accurate shoot estimates, considering all production-related expenses. </li><li>Manage on-set production, working closely with freelance production support. </li><li>Negotiate usage fees with agents for archival imagery and footage. </li><li>Reconcile all shoot-related billing and expenses, ensuring timely and accurate execution. </li><li>Demonstrate strong negotiation and budget management skills. </li><li>Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills. </li><li>Handle multiple projects simultaneously, efficiently managing time and priorities. </li><li>Foster collaboration and form partnerships across cross-functional teams, including Photo Studio, Creative, Merchandising, and Marketing. </li><li>Take initiative and execute tasks with minimal supervision. </li><li>Work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism. </li><li>Thrive in a high-pressure environment, delivering exceptional results under tight deadlines. </li><li>Maintain and organize digital asset libraries and ensure timely delivery of final assets to stakeholders. </li><li>Stay up to date on emerging photography and video trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate creative output. </li><li>Perform basic lighting setups and troubleshoot equipment issues on the fly. </li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio and equipment, fostering a safe, efficient, and professional working environment for all team members and collaborators. </li><li>Any applications not including a portfolio will not be considered* </li><li>Please include a link to your portfolio and highlight your favorite project in your cover letter* </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in multimedia production, photography, film, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). </li><li>Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia projects. </li><li>Proficiency in shooting photography and video, with a solid understanding of techniques, equipment, and post-production software. </li><li>Exceptional organizational and communication abilities. </li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality. </li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools. </li><li>Collaborative team player with strong partnership-building skills. </li><li>Self-motivated and capable of working independently. </li><li>Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. </li><li>Willingness to travel as necessary. </li><li>Motion graphic experience is a strong plus. </li></ul> <p>Benefits & Company Perks:</p> <ul> <li>27 Paid Days Off in Your First Year (12 Paid Holidays and 15 PTO) </li><li>Excellent Medical, Vision & Dental </li><li>Voluntary Short & Long Term Disability Coverage </li><li>Optional 401K </li><li>Optional HSA Matching Program </li><li>Team Building Activities </li><li>Free Products </li><li>Meaningful work for a company doing good in the world! </li></ul> <p>About Lakanto:</p> <p>Lakanto is the leading Monkfruit Sweetener in the sugar replacement game.
