See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>As part of the talented Finance team, you will play a key role in the reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of Mercury's financial statements.</p> <p>At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Review and analyze Mercury Marine's monthly, quarterly and annual financial performance, determining key drivers impacting P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow performance </li><li>Summarize results and provide insight into segment and business unit performance for Mercury and Brunswick Corporation management </li><li>Collaborate with the Mercury business unit and Brunswick finance teams to develop and refine techniques used to analyze and manage profitability </li><li>Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and supplemental schedules </li><li>Develop mid-month and monthly business review presentations and updates for Mercury and Brunswick Senior Management </li><li>Provide ad hoc analysis and lead special projects as needed </li></ul> <p>Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proven quantitative analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Strong written and oral presentation capabilities </li><li>Ability to work with all levels of functional, divisional and corporate management </li><li>Management of multiple priorities across global regions with appropriate attention to detail </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams </li><li>Experience with Oracle ERP systems and database reporting tools is preferred </li><li>Effective organizational, interpersonal and communication skills </li><li>BBA/BS in Accounting or Finance required </li><li></li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Accounting/Finance/FP&A experience preferred </li><li>CPA or CMA certification preferred </li></ul> <p>The anticipated pay range for this position is $61,400 - $98,600 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.</p> <p>At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role.
