Morgan Prime Financial Services (PFS) combines the capabilities offered across both Prime Finance and Futures & Derivatives Clearing (F&DC) and sits within J.P. Morgan's Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB).</p> <p>Under the Prime Finance platform, we offer global clients a broad set of conventional and synthetic financing products, including a global securities lending platform, clearing and settlement, comprehensive reporting, and a suite of value added services such as Capital Introduction and Consulting. F&DC provides derivatives clearing services to a diverse set of institutional clients across Futures & Options, OTC Clearing and FXPB.</p> <p>We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join Prime Financial Services as an Account Manager in New York. The Account Management role is to ensure a superior platform experience and product delivery in the integrated Prime Finance and Derivatives Clearing business.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop strategic relationships with key decision makers at the client and strengthen existing client relationships through daily interactions, meetings and events </li><li>Actively engage clients with respect to new products, new technology, and new regulatory topics within the Prime Finance Services (PFS) platform, across Equities and Derivatives </li><li>Capitalize on client relationships to influentially direct business and revenue increasing opportunities </li><li>Utilize quantitative analysis for client metrics, balance trends, and portfolio construct to optimize their balance mix, return metrics, and revenue </li><li>Deliver other products of the firm to the client by holistically analyzing client business </li><li>Assist clients with navigating through the evolving regulatory landscapes, market volatility and industry changes </li><li>Take charge of client experience inclusive of product, technology, and operations across cash equity, fixed income, synthetic Prime Finance and cleared derivatives </li><li>Lead and implement initiatives that are focused on improving client experience and PFS products </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field </li><li>3+ years of experience in prime brokerage, derivatives clearing, or related roles. Experience with hedge fund clients is strongly preferred </li><li>Products knowledge of Prime Finance and/or Cleared Derivatives is a plus </li><li>Energetic self-starter, motivated to enhance and build on our current product offering </li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills </li><li>Ability to manage and build strong relationships with clients </li><li>Oral presentation, persuasive speaking, analytical and negotiation skills are a must </li><li>Series 3, 7, and 63 preferred or willing to attain within 6 months of joining </li></ul>
