<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Johnson Brothers is a national family-owned wine, spirits and beer distributor. We've been providing exceptional service to our customers since 1953, representing the world's most famous brands in the beverage industry.</p> <p>This person will oversee two to three Total Wine & More locations. The Merchandising Lead will be responsible for building relationships with the store managers and store receivers as well as leading a team of merchandisers to uphold our high level of merchandising standards & supplier initiatives.</p> <p>This position is responsible for stocking shelves, coolers and building displays. In addition, this position will follow up after the deliveries are made by our drivers and service shelves from the liquor department storage areas|</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Putting away deliveries within retail stores</p> </li><li> <p>Filling cold boxes</p> </li><li> <p>Building shelf displays</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School diploma or GED equivalent.</p> </li><li> <p>Work experience in the liquor industry, such as: bartender, wait staff, liquor store experience, etc. a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Goal and results oriented.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and prioritize work.</p> </li><li> <p>Professional written and oral communication skills a must.</p> </li><li> <p>Have reliable transportation with valid insurance.</p> </li><li> <p>Good driving record.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift up to 50 pound cases, sometimes repeatedly.</p> </li><li> <p>Must live in the vicinity of Saint Paul for best servicing accounts.</p> </li></ul> <p>The expected pay range for this role is $21.00 - $26.00. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
