<p>Heritage Truck Equipment in Hartville, Ohio is hiring a motivated parts associate/fabricator for its fast-paced truck body manufacturing plant. Benefits include 100% employer-paid health insurance, monthly attendance bonuses, 401K with company match and more!</p> <p>Full-time - First Shift - 50 hours/week</p> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Grind and sand parts </li><li>Drill and cut parts </li><li>Label parts </li><li>Stock weld workstations </li><li>Maintain clean work environment </li><li>Process Paperwork </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Prior material handling experience required </li><li>Prior fabrication experience a plus </li><li>Able to use saws, drills, and a tape measure </li><li>Able to lift, carry, push, pull, and/or move 75 pounds and over, with frequent lifting and/or carrying </li><li>Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced work environment </li><li>Able to work overtime </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li><li>Solid work history is a must </li><li>Reliable attendance </li><li>Reliable transportation </li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>Prior tow motor experience required </li><li>Organization and time management skills </li><li>Ability to multi-task </li><li>Motivated </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time </li><li>Ability to climb in and out of trucks and equipment </li><li>Ability to bend, kneel, crawl, etc. </li><li>Ability to work outside in all weather conditions </li></ul> <p>Job Offers:</p> <ul> <li>Full-time </li><li>First Shift </li><li>50 hours/week </li><li>Weekly pay </li><li>100% employer paid health insurance </li><li>Optional dental/vision insurance </li><li>Optional 401K with company match </li><li>Paid Time Off </li><li>Paid Holidays </li><li>Monthly Attendance Bonus (up to $5,800.00 per year) </li><li>$2,000.00 sign-on bonus </li></ul> <p>If you are looking for a career with a company that has shown continuous growth over the last 20 years, offers competitive pay and amazing benefits, apply today and join our ever-growing team!</p>
