<p>Position#Summary To administer occupational therapy evaluations and treatments according to established standard of occupational therapy, and physician#s referral and occupational therapy plan of care. Primary Position Responsibilities Evaluates all patients identifying the patient#s primary problems and develops a treatment plan. Performs and modifies/updates patient treatment programs to maximize patient outcomes. Documents information to assure continuity of care and maximize reimbursement. Maintains schedule to attain productivity standards. Provides supervision to COTA, OT/COTA students, various levels of supportive personnel and volunteers.
