<p>Assistant Principal Start Date: July 1, 2026</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Support the Principal in the overall leadership and daily management of the school </li><li>Serve as a grade-level administrator, supporting student discipline, attendance, academic achievement and growth, and overall student experience </li><li>Supervise and evaluate assigned faculty and staff, and support curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices </li><li>Lead and coordinate student support systems, including MTSS, credit recovery, and academic intervention structures </li><li>Facilitates and supports school systems and programs (e.g.; scheduling structures, student management systems, clubs and activities, safety procedures) </li><li>Coordinate assessment and compliance processes, including state testing (MCAS & ACCESS) and 504 procedures </li><li>Foster strong relationships with students, families, and staff to support a positive and inclusive school culture </li><li>Participate in hiring, professional development, and school-wide initiatives </li><li>Attend school events and perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Principal </li></ul>
