This team is responsible for the core infrastructure, developer experience, scalability, and reliability of our AI-driven applications. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), this role will play a critical part in defining and implementing the platform strategy to support the company's ambitious growth goals.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage the platform engineering team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture. </li><li>Define and execute the platform roadmap to ensure scalability, reliability, and security across all of Maven AGI's products. </li><li>Own the architecture, development, and maintenance of the core infrastructure, including cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and security frameworks. </li><li>Drive initiatives that improve developer productivity and operational excellence. </li><li>Collaborate closely with product engineering, data, and security teams to ensure seamless integrations and alignment with company objectives. </li><li>Scale the team by recruiting, mentoring, and developing top engineering talent. </li><li>Implement best practices for system design, observability, performance optimization, and incident management. </li><li>Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a cutting-edge platform. </li></ul>
