<p>Job Description:</p> <p>This is an execution-oriented role focused on leading the strategy, development, and scaling of our customer-facing portal and broader ecosystem. As a player and coach, this role will shape the customer experience of building on the FlexAnywhere platform and simplify the adoption of services. This leader will architect and execute a unified vision that integrates cloud providers, networks, SaaS, and emerging GPU-as-a-Service partners into a scalable, high-value ecosystem that fuels customer adoption and revenue growth.</p> <p>Role Focus:</p> <ul> <li>Digital Access: Deliver a best-in-class digital experience that simplifies the consumption of (and the management of) workloads on the FlexAnywhere Platform for all customer types. This includes the customer portal and integration of key systems with customers. </li><li>Ecosystem: Build a robust ecosystem of destinations integrated into the FlexAnywhere Platform for customers to connect. You will facilitate the end-to-end ecosystem roadmap including partner evaluation, onboarding, integration, lifecycle management, and GTM alignment </li><li>Platform Adoption: You will serve as the cross-functional champion for platform use-case development, aligning product, sales, solution engineering and marketing to create use cases that demonstrate the value of building on Flexential's digital infrastructure and connecting to our ecosystem. </li></ul> <p>The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, business acumen, and the ability to deliver results. Success in this role will be achieved through portal adoption, ecosystem diversity, and broad adoption of standardized solutions.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Customer Digital Experience Strategy & Execution</p> <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end customer portal experience, ensuring it is intuitive, self-service oriented, and value-generating. </li><li>Strategy validation through detailed market evidence-driven business cases and financial analysis with a clear focus on why, how, and the financial benefit </li><li>Drive overall adoption of the portal as a revenue centerIdentify, track, and manage portal KPIs and financial impact </li><li>Translate customer and partner needs into clear portal requirements that enable scalable, intuitive consumption of Fabric, cloud on-ramps, and ecosystem services. </li></ul> <p>Ecosystem Development to Support Flexential Solutions</p> <ul> <li>Develop integration frameworks, APIs, and technical onboarding paths for new ecosystem partners, including cloud on-ramps, network interconnects, and GPU/AI service providers. </li><li>Define and execute a clear strategy to grow the platform ecosystem, including APIs, third-party integrations, on-ramps, and partner enablement </li><li>Ensure a diverse ecosystem providing customers access to the partners required to complete their solutions </li><li>Identify, track, and manage ecosystem KPIs </li><li>Produce technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and partner solution guides to foster adoption and ensure support. </li></ul> <p>Team and Cross Functional Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Maintains a focus on Leadership, Trust, and Teamwork throughout all engagements </li><li>Build and lead a high-performing team, focused on execution and results </li><li>Elevate the knowledge and adoption of Flexential solutions across the organization </li><li>Partner with Go to Market teams on internal and external education and enablement for the Platform experience to drive customer adoption and ecosystem growth </li><li>Present business cases and project status to executives and cross functional teams for alignment, engagement, and resource requests. </li><li>Partner with cross functional teams to execute on projects and build platform value </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Results driven and action oriented </li><li>5+ years in the data center industry </li><li>Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact </li><li>Detailed understanding of the portals, market dynamics, and customer needs </li><li>Strong financial and business acumen </li><li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills. </li><li>Bachelor's degree required (or comparable experience); MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus. </li><li>Bonus: Deep experience in ecosystem development, cloud connectivity (AWS Direct Connect, Azure Express Route, etc), interconnection strategy, product management, or related fields. </li></ul> <p>Base Pay Range: Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $180,000 - $205,000.
