<p>Apply</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Salary range: $90,000 to $110,000 annual</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>New England Authentic Eats is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to design, implement, and manage training programs that drive performance, engagement, and retention across our fast-paced QSR operations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Schoox, leveraging the platform to deliver innovative, scalable, and engaging training programs for both restaurant-level and corporate team members.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Training Strategy & Design </li><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with company goals, brand standards, and operational excellence in the QSR environment. </li><li>Partner with operations, HR, and leadership to assess training needs and design programs that enhance employee skills, engagement, and career growth. </li><li>Schoox LMS Management </li><li>Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Schoox, ensuring optimal use of the platform's capabilities. </li><li>Create, upload, and manage training modules, certifications, and learning paths tailored to QSR roles (hourly team members, shift leaders, general managers, and corporate staff). </li><li>Analyze Schoox reporting/analytics to measure training effectiveness, completion rates, and business impact, providing actionable insights to leadership. </li><li>Program Development & Delivery </li><li>Lead the design and rollout of onboarding, leadership development, compliance, and operations training programs. </li><li>Blend e-learning, classroom training, and on-the-job coaching for an engaging multi-modal learning experience. </li><li>Partner with operations leadership to ensure training is embedded in day-to-day execution at the restaurant level. </li><li>Performance & Culture </li><li>Align training initiatives with performance management processes, ensuring employees are equipped to meet KPIs. </li><li>Drive a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and growth across all levels of the organization. </li><li>Project & Team Leadership </li><li>Lead and coach a team of training specialists or field trainers, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery. </li><li>Manage training budgets, timelines, and vendor partnerships as needed. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field (Master's preferred). </li><li>3-5+ years of L&D experience in the QSR or hospitality industry. </li><li>Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and managing training programs for frontline and leadership roles. </li><li>Hands-on experience with Schoox LMS: content creation, administration, reporting, and analytics. </li><li>Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on program execution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. </li><li>Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to evaluate and improve learning outcomes. </li><li>Ability to travel as needed to support training initiatives across multiple restaurant locations. </li><li>What We Offer </li><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. </li><li>Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.). </li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a rapidly growing QSR brand. </li></ul>
